Foresteria is intended for rest and entertainment. For everyone’s well-being, it is necessary to maintain an appropriate attitude towards the place that hosts us and the other guests.

THE RATES INCLUDE
The daily rate includes the price per night for rooms or bed, access to common areas (smart-working and chill-out zones) and Wi-Fi. The tourist tax is not included.

Cancellation policy
7-day special: for bookings with arrival from July 31st to August 21st, cancellation is free if it occurs within 7 days before the date of arrival, with 100% refund of the deposit.
3-day special: for bookings with arrival from June 19th to July 30th or from August 22nd to September 11th, cancellation is free if it occurs within 3 days before the date of arrival, with 100% refund of the deposit.
1-day special: for bookings with arrival until June 19th and from September 11th onwards, the cancellation is free if it occurs within 1 day before the date of arrival, with 100% refund of the deposit.
3-day special: for bookings with arrival from June 19th to July 30th or from August 22nd to September 11th, cancellation is free if it occurs within 3 days before the date of arrival, with 100% refund of the deposit.
1-day special: for bookings with arrival until June 19th and from September 11th onwards, the cancellation is free if it occurs within 1 day before the date of arrival, with 100% refund of the deposit.
